Breeding Contracts: Please call us to discuss breeding and mare care fees. We will mail interested parties a contract to look over, sign and return with any applicable booking fees. All breeding/mare care/misc. fees must be paid in full before mares will be released from R3R (as stated in contract)
Training: All training is done with contract. Please call for rates.
All horses coming to the ranch must have current coggins, vaccinations and health certificate, in hand, as needed. Owners of outside horses are responsible for their animals' vet, shoeing, worming and other incidental fees not included with normal boarding, training, and mare care fees.
Purchases and Fees: Due to the increase of worldwide fraud, all animals must be paid in full before being released off of R3R property, via pickup, transporting/delivery . Cashiers checks, money orders, etc. in the exact amount, must be verified, cleared and cashed before any animal leaves R3R property. Absolutely NO out of state personal checks!! In-state and local funds must clear first also.
Payment Plans: Call us to discuss this option (with contract, of course) A downpayment will be required. Animals will remain at R3R until paid in full, no exceptions!....board is extra and not included as part of payment plans.
Transportation: We can help line up out of state transportation if you need a transport service. Buyer is responsible for all fees to transport company. We do offer local in-state delivery at current mileage rates. Call for info.
Vet Checks: Are encouraged at buyer's expense. We cannot be held responsible for the aftercare/condition of an animal once it leaves R3R property.
If, at any time, a new owner has any questions or needs help with their purchase, please contact us. Owners of training horses- please allow us extra time when you pick up your horse so that we may go over with you what we've done and also to give you some one on one time with your animal.
